The mission of La Puente Valley County Water District is to provide high quality water for residential, commercial, industrial and fire protection uses that meets or exceeds all local, state and federal standards and to provide courteous and responsive service at the most reasonable cost to our customers.

In addition to mailing or paying your bill in person, the District offers direct debit from your checking or savings account or paying with VISA or Master Card credit cards. For more information on direct debit payments, please contact the District office at (626) 330-2126.

If you have any questions about your bill, want to apply for or discontinue water service, or set up an appointment with a LPVCWD field representative to discuss a problem, please contact us by E-mail or call the District office at (626) 330-2126.

YOUR CONCERNS ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO US!

If you see water leaking from the street, out of a meter box, or need to have your water shutoff for an emergency plumbing repair, the District is ready to respond 24 hours a day. Please call us at (626) 330-2126. After business hours calls are transferred to a call center which will contact field personnel directly.
